A local wallcovering crew that starts with the surface
WallEdge Installation works out of Boynton Beach and spends its days in the houses and condos of southern Palm Beach County. The homes here are not like homes up north. Many are concrete block with plaster or drywall inside, plenty of older ranch houses still have popcorn ceilings or paper hung straight onto bare drywall, and the air conditioning runs for most of the year against heavy outdoor humidity. Those conditions decide whether a new wallcovering lies flat for years or starts lifting at the seams after the first wet summer. That is why we test, repair and prime before we hang, choose adhesives to match the paper, and plan the pattern layout before the first cut. We install traditional papers, grasscloth, murals, peel-and-stick, vinyl and commercial-grade wallcoverings, and we strip old paper when it needs to go. You get a clear explanation of the work and a finished room you can enjoy.

Prep before paper
Holes, texture, old adhesive and stains are dealt with first, then the wall gets a primer suited to the product.

We show you where the pattern will be centered and where partial strips will fall before anything is pasted.

If a wall has a moisture problem or a paper is wrong for the room, we tell you plainly and suggest another route.
Do I buy the wallpaper or do you?
Most clients choose and buy their own paper. We help calculate how many rolls you need based on measurements and the pattern repeat.
Can you remove the old wallpaper first?
Yes. We strip old paper, clean off adhesive, repair the drywall and prime, so the new wallcovering has a sound surface.
Does humidity in Florida cause wallpaper to peel?
It can when the wall is not primed or holds moisture. Correct prep, the right adhesive and steady air conditioning keep seams flat.
Do you install peel-and-stick wallpaper?
Yes. It still needs a smooth, clean, properly painted wall to stick well, so we check the surface first.
Can you paper a bathroom?
Powder rooms are a great fit. For full baths with showers we recommend vinyl or moisture-tolerant products and a working exhaust fan.
Do you work in condos?
Yes. We follow association rules on work hours, elevator use and building access and plan the visit around them.
How long does a typical room take?
Many single rooms are finished in one to two days, depending on how much repair and removal the walls need.
